Roamler is active in merchandising and sales too! Brands often need extra hands to set up promotional materials, such as displays or floor stickers in-store, or sell new products or set up upcoming promotions on the spot. Merchandising

If you have an eye for detail and prefer more hands-on tasks, you can apply to join our merchandising community! For these types of tasks, you will introduce yourself to store managers and act on behalf of our clients. You may be requested to set up promotional materials, build up branded displays or replenish shelves with missing products.

Step-by-step guide to merchandising tasks

  1. Accept a merchandising task to your liking in the Roamler app

  2. Wear your Roamler keycord and go to the specific store.

  3. Introduce yourself to a store employee at the service desk and explain what you’ve been tasked to do and by whom.

  4. In case promotional materials are needed to complete your tasks in-store, ask for the box with materials that has been delivered to the store prior to your visit.

  5. Execute your task: e.g. build up the promotional materials on the preferred spot in the store, replenish products, etc.

  6. Clean up excessive cardboard or waste, submit the task in the Roamler app, and thank the store employees for their cooperation.

  7. Wait for the task to be approved and cash out!

Sales

If you already work in sales, have strong interpersonal skills or simply just love interacting with store personnel, you can apply to join our Sales community. To perform sales tasks, you will be asked to visit specific stores to sell products and/or promotional materials on behalf of our clients. The more you are able to sell, the higher your reward! Join our Sales community!

Step-by-step guide to sales tasks

  1. Accept a sales task to your liking in the Roamler app.

  2. Wear your Roamler keycord and go to the specific store or horeca outlet.

  3. Introduce yourself to an employee who is allowed to make decisions such as sell-in.

  4. Explain why you are there, state which brands you represent, and introduce the product or promotion you have been tasked to sell.

  5. Register the outcome of your visit in the Roamler app, submit the task, and thank the store employee for their cooperation.

  6. Wait for the task to be approved and cash out! Extra reward for a successful sale!

For each task, you will be provided with specific instructions and the materials you need to close your sale. Your interpersonal skills will have to do the rest! Here’s how you can join our Sales community:

For whom? Roamler Pro!

To get access to Roamler’s merchandising and/or sales tasks, you need to be a registered, independent professional. At Roamler we call this Roamler Pro.

The merchandising and sales tasks are slightly harder and take more time and preparation. Registering as a Roamler Pro requires you to fill in your company details plus your VAT number, which enables you to receive automated payment and invoicing to make your life a little easier.
